Brand transformation. Healthcare. Goats. That’s what it takes.
Thanks to our team’s creative and strategic efforts, along with the strength of collaboration with clients, each four categories we entered scooped an award. Some of our team and our clients went along to the ceremony at The Brewery, London, to celebrate an evening of the best in brand development.
To us, landing a Transform Award isn’t just about bragging rights. It’s about business. The accolade can help secure high-profile relationships, retain valuable clients and provide a source of pride in hard-working, collaborative teams. Award-winning brand transformations transform businesses.
The G.O.A.T. brand
Bucking the trend of traditional farm shops, UnitedUs worked with Goat Shed to create the goat-est destination of all time in Norfolk. Heroing the animals that started Goat Shed’s journey, we crafted a brand and website to bring all the fun to the farm.
This brand, rammed with charm, cheekiness and personality, is producing great ROI for the business with 100% growth in basket spend and a 108% increase in event attendance. Living up to its G.O.A.T. persona, we’re delighted Goat Shed has been highly awarded at the Transform Awards this year.

Innovative healthtech, Spectrum.Life, engage, empower and transform lives through accessible digital health pathways. Through a full spectrum rebrand, UnitedUs illuminated Spectrum.Life as a whole-of health partner providing accessible, personalised and life-changing digital health and wellbeing experiences.
Radiating the new energy needed to fuel international ambition, we created an identity, website and digital toolkit to enhance their ability to communicate the full spectrum of health support they provide.
Together, we set out to a) build reputation and raise awareness through a clear brand positioning in the market, b) support international growth and ensure flexibility and adaptability for sales engagements across different cultures, c) develop clear employee value propositions for clinical talent attraction and retention. We’re delighted to have achieved these objectives through award-winning projects.

What it takes to win
Trust and confidence from a client team who are prepared to be brave. This demands more than just raw creativity. It’s about establishing a partnership where bold ideas aren’t just reserved for concepts and case studies, but instead welcomed by the client to make real change.
This calls for a client team willing to step outside their comfort zone. People that stand behind their decisions and champion those things that at first might have seemed a little uneasy. At this point, transformative brand experiences can be delivered.
Transformative brands are built on tangible results. Submissions to Transform Awards must demonstrate clear, measurable outcomes that prove the efficacy of the work. Showcasing qualitative and quantitative data can help build a compelling and outcome-focused narrative for each entry.
A good place to start is by identifying all the possible metrics available to measure the work’s contribution to business success. Has it increased market share or enhanced brand reputation? What’s currently being measured and where are the areas to improve data capture? Outlining this from the beginning of the project will help you build a richer, more tangible story — not just for your submission, but also for the value of your client relationships.
Agency and client as a united team. While individual brilliance can provide inspiring moments, successful projects demand a collaborative effort. As a united us, a strong agency-client relationship is the cornerstone of our output.
