We work on behalf of our clients to unite people around a shared purpose so they can reach their potential. Whether that’s helping an organisation rediscover their collective vision, realign their values or reach ambitious new growth with a compelling brand identity or creative campaign.

In order to provide our clients with the insights and strategies that will help them meet their goals, we believe that it’s fundamental to listen to the people who matter most to them – you. Whether you’re an employee, customer or investor, it’s understanding your point of view that will help us to ensure they are aligned with your needs.

We use a variety of research methods as part of our process, including workshops, 1-1 interviews, ethnographic research and surveys. Interviews and workshops are often recorded and transcribed, and the raw data of all of our research methodologies is accessible exclusively to members of the UnitedUs team. Interpretations of this data – such as insight reports, summaries, anonymised feedback and quotations – are then provided to our clients to aid the development of their brands, business and campaigns.

All recordings and transcriptions are processed and stored securely within the EU.
