That’s why we’re throwing open the doors to our ground floor studio – your new, dynamic blank canvas for work that truly matters just a short five minute walk down from Brighton station.

Book our space for:

  • Daytime: Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays (full or half day).
  • Evenings: Monday to Friday, subject to availability.

We offer full or half-day bookings only, making sure you have the focused time you need to make an impact. Venue hires can be tailored to suit the use of the whole floor or single areas.

This space is only available for hire as part of the whole floor booking.

It features a dual screen setup, complete with both HDMI and Thunderbolt adaptors – so you can plug in and present without a hitch.

On our core studio days, this floor is bursting with energy. Beers round the collab space, ideas pinned on the wall and records on. The rest of the time, it’s yours. A fully adaptable environment where strategies are born and friendships forged. Our ground floor is built for collaboration, focus, and connection.

For comfort & connection:

  • Sofa reception area: A professional and relaxed first impression for your guests.
  • Fully stocked kitchenette: Stay fuelled and focused with a fridge, sink, coffee machine, and kettle. We take care of the essentials.
  • Bring your own vibes: Set the perfect tone with our record player (just bring your favourite vinyl or connect via Blutooth).
  • 3 gender-neutral bathrooms and a private entrance for total exclusivity and ease of access, including a wheelchair accessible bathroom.

Exclusive hire

If you’ve got big plans and would like exclusive use of the full space, no problem at all. We can even recommend some incredible caterers to make your time with us extra special.
