Are you someone who naturally loves to keep things in order? Do you get a sense of satisfaction from a well-organised folder or a completed to-do list? We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our team and help keep our studio running smoothly.

This is an entry-level role, specifically designed for someone who is super-organised and looking for a foot in the door of the creative industry. It’s a great fit if you are:

  • Starting your career: Looking for a supportive environment where you can learn how a professional agency works from the ground up.
  • Transitioning careers: Wanting to move into a creative office environment where your organisational skills will be truly valued.
  • Rejoining the workforce: Looking for a structured, part-time role that allows you to contribute your reliable nature to a friendly team.

Your role at UnitedUs

As our Administrative Coordinator, you will be the helping hand that keeps our daily operations on track. You’ll be working across a variety of tasks, ensuring our documentation is tidy and our studio is a great place to work.

What you’ll be doing 2 days a week:

  • Supporting our standards: Helping us keep our B Corp and Cyber Essentials paperwork up to date (we’ll show you exactly what’s needed!).
  • Project check-ins: Helping our Project Manager ensure every new job has the right folders and signed contracts in place.
  • The candidate journey: Helping us look after people applying for jobs by keeping our recruitment system updated and sending out friendly communications.
  • Studio care: Checking that we have enough supplies, managing desk bookings, and helping coordinate small maintenance tasks.
  • Basic finance admin: Helping the team by keeping track of invoices and sending out polite reminders when needed.

Learning and support

Because this is an entry-level position, we don’t expect you to have done all of this before. We are committed to teaching you the ropes and helping you grow:

  • Learn the basics of business: You’ll get a behind-the-curtain look at how an agency functions, from HR and recruitment to finance and project management.
  • Helpful tech: We’ll train you on modern tools and show you how we use AI to make our admin tasks easier and faster.
  • A clear start: We’ll provide a steady 90-day onboarding plan. You’ll start by mastering our filing system before gradually taking on more responsibility for studio tasks and invoicing as you feel comfortable.
  • Mentorship: You’ll work closely with our Project Manager, who will be there to guide you and answer any questions.

We are an equal opportunities employer

At UnitedUs, we celebrate diversity, inclusivity and equal opportunity. We are committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives and skills. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, irrespective of age, disability, gender, gender reassignment, marital or civil partnership status, pregnancy or maternity, race including colour, ethnic or national origins and nationality, religion or belief or sexual orientation.

We are here to support you

As part of this process, we want you to demonstrate your full potential. So if you need an alternative way of applying, for example, to find out more about roles and responsibilities, interview adaptations, or anything else, then we will support you, just let us know.
